Bearing clearance

 

Internal bearing clearance refers to the inner ring of a fixed, so that the amount of movement when moving to another.

Radial movement amount is referred to as radial clearance, the amount of axial movement of the movement is referred to as the axial clearance (see right)

The determination of the bearing internal clearance, in order to obtain a stable measurement value, generally bearing a predetermined measurement load is applied. Therefore, the determination of the internal clearance greater than the true clearance (called theory clearance), an increase of the elastic deformation of the load measuring poor students.

Internal bearing clearance is generally represented by the theoretical clearance.

Bearing internal clearance have a bearing performance (service life, temperature, noise, vibration, etc.) have an impact.

 


Radial clearance

Deep groove ball bearing radial clearance (under no load conditions)

Deep groove ball bearing radial clearance can be divided into five groups, namely C2, C0, C3, C4 and C5, which is the standard clearance C0. The following table is a standard value of these five groups.

Bore 10mm miniature bearings below, you can also use standard MC divided into five groups, namely, MC1, MC2, MC3, MC4 and MC5, which is the standard MC3 clearance. The following table is a standard value of five groups.
